Important Information about the Affordable Connectivity Program
The ACP is a government program that reduces your broadband internet access service bill if your household is eligible for the program. Your household may obtain ACP-supported broadband service from any participating provider you choose and may transfer your ACP benefit to another provider of your choosing at any time. Only one benefit per household is allowed. You may apply the ACP benefit to any plan that Choice provides at the same terms it offers to households that are not eligible for ACP-supported service. Choice may disconnect your ACP-supported service after 90 consecutive days of non-payment. If the ACP program ends, if you transfer your benefit to another provider but still receive services from Choice, or if you de-enroll from the ACP, you will be subject to Choice’s undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions. You have the right to file a complaint against Choice with the FCC’s Consumer Complaint Center by calling (877) 384-2575 or visiting https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov.
It is an ACP Program requirement that you must use your service at least once every 30 days on a fully-subsidized service plan or you are at risk of losing your ACP benefit.
